Overview

This rectangular walnut cutting board has one usable top working face with a continuous perimeter juice groove and four fitted charcoal silicone feet underneath. The lower face is not a cutting surface. Recessed finger channels are cut into both short side edges.

Use, Care, and Safety

• Wash before first use by hand with mild detergent, rinse promptly, wipe, and air dry upright
• Do not soak, place in a dishwasher, or leave standing water in the groove or around the feet
• Place all four feet on a stable dry counter, use appropriate knife technique, and keep fingers clear of the cutting path
• Use separate cleaned preparation surfaces as appropriate for raw and ready-to-eat foods; the board has no antimicrobial treatment claim
• Not a trivet or cookware rest; keep away from open flame, active burners, hot pans, ovens, and prolonged heat
• Inspect the face, groove, laminate joints, edges, grips, and feet; stop use if split, warped, loose, mouldy, sharp, or unable to sit flat
